Poltava Medical Glass Factory is a modern enterprise with high medical tubing glass, type UPG-1 ( U kraine- P oltava- G lass- 1 ) of the first hydrolytic class. The enterprise specializes on the execution of tubing glass and items from it: ampoule medical for injections, ampoule medical coupled, ampoule medical vacuum filling, vials for antibiotics, vials insulin, laboratory measuring glassware. Production of Poltava Medical Glass Factory is widely used in medical and microbiological industry, at industrial and medical laboratories The factory is a unique not only in Ukraine, but also in CIS and Baltic countries. The reconstruction of the execution and also developed and introduced complex of measures directed on the improvement of the quality has allowed achieving the high quality of production. The capital repair of the furnace was conducted, that has entailed the augmentation of the productivity of the furnace up to 360 ton of the tubing glass per month. The reconstruction of the second electrical furnace was successfully conducted with an output of finish products of 150 ton of the tubing glass per month ( 5 ton per day). The introduction in the operation the second furnace has enabled to effect the production of the glass tube on 50 % more. Making the glass is realized on the electrical furnace of the English firm Penelectro, and the extract of the glass tube - on the Italian equipment Olivotto. Refractory materials are from firms SEPR (France), WETRO (Germany). On the Italian equipment of the firm SPAMI are produced penicillin vials and insulin vials.   At the factory the most progressive technological processes are applied, which allow taking medical glass, which is adequate on physics - chemical demands of the international standards. All processes of making and extracting of tubing glass are automated and computer aided. Calibration of the glass tube on the outside diameter is realized with the laser system. Dismissals from the given diameter is ±0.15. Glass tube is solded up with two parties with a fire-puncture on the one hand. On an outside surface the protective surface is drifted on like the protection from scratches and shabbies. All this excludes mechanical pollution on an internal surface of the glass tube. Glass and the items from it are certificated. Poltava Medical Glass Factory is preparing for the attestation of the producing the package.
